E-mail Newsletter Template

If you have a scrapbook store, retail or online, an e-mail newsletter is a necessity. This is the easiest way to get new product, class, crop or special event information out to your customers. You can send them out monthly, bi-weekly or weekly -- it's up to you! It also allows you to save the cost of printing them out on paper and the stamps to send a paper newsletter. This e-mail newsletter will look like your site with the same colors, your logo, and anything else from your site that you'd like to include

We recommend using Intellicontact, which is a service that keeps track of all of your e-mail lists, and subscriptions and unsubscribes to your lists. It also gives you access to valuable reports that let you see how many recipients have opened your newsletter, clicked on any links in it, and much more.

We will go in and set up an HTML newsletter template once you create your account with Intellicontact and will give you instructions to go in and change the information each time you want to create a new newsletter. If you already have an e-mail list we can import it easily for you and the cost is included in the template setup fee. The list needs to be in digital format. We will also give you instructions for importing any future names/e-mail addresses that you have in the future.

If you currently use a different e-mail list program we can also set up a newsletter template that looks like your website in the program or service that you currently use. We will just need the access information for your account to go in and set it up for you.
